I can't log in. What do I do?
1. If you are getting the blue warning message, select the Free Shopper Account option and hit Upgrade. Then try to log in again.
2. Use the Forgot Login option next to the Username / Password boxes.
3. Ensure you are using the correct username and password for the account.
4. Type the username and password in slowly to ensure it is entered correctly
5. After exhausting steps 1-4, Contact Starling via the Contact Us page.
